Tournament Mission
Heart healthy educational programs supported by Swing for Heart Health are designed for students from kindergarten through grade twelve and adapted to meet schools where they are.
Younger students are introduced to how the heart works, why movement matters, and how healthy foods support growing bodies.
Middle school students build awareness of habits, emotions, and stress while learning practical ways to stay active and energized.
High school students explore cardiovascular health more deeply, gaining knowledge that prepares them to take responsibility for their wellbeing as they move toward adulthood.
Programs are developed in collaboration with educators to align with classroom needs and schedules. The goal is learning that feels relevant, practical, and empowering for students and teachers alike.
