Our Impact

At Heart Healthy Golf, we believe that golf can be more than a game — it can be a platform for education, service, and lasting community impact. Through our annual Swing for Heart Health charity tournament, we are committed to raising awareness about cardiac health while supporting organizations dedicated to prevention, education, sustainability, and family wellness.

Supporting Heart Health Awareness

Heart disease remains one of the leading health challenges affecting families across the world. Through fundraising, community engagement, and educational outreach, our mission is to help promote awareness of cardiovascular health and encourage healthier lifestyles for future generations. Every sponsorship, donation, and tournament participant helps expand these efforts and brings our community together around an important cause.

Partnering with Family Heart Foundation

We are proud to support the mission of the Family Heart Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the identification, diagnosis, and treatment of inherited lipid disorders and preventing premature heart disease. Their work helps families better understand genetic heart health risks while advancing education, advocacy, and patient support programs that can save lives through early detection and treatment.

Sustainability & Community Wellness

Heart Healthy Golf is also partnered with Moonflower Farms Sustainability, whose commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable agriculture reflects our belief that healthier communities begin with healthier living. By supporting sustainability initiatives and educational programs, we aim to encourage long-term wellness, environmental responsibility, and access to healthier lifestyles for young people and families.

Empowering the Next Generation

Founded by Kinkaid School student-athlete Alexia Hoffman, Heart Healthy Golf is driven by youth leadership, service, and mentorship. In addition to raising funds for charitable causes, the organization provides opportunities for younger golfers and student volunteers to develop leadership skills, community involvement, teamwork, and a passion for giving back.

Building a Lasting Impact

To date, Swing for Heart Health has:

  • Raised thousands of dollars in charitable sponsorship support
  • Brought together student-athletes, families, local businesses, and community leaders
  • Increased awareness surrounding cardiac health and prevention
  • Created mentorship opportunities for younger golfers and volunteers
  • Promoted wellness, education, and sustainability through community partnerships

Together, we are using the game of golf to drive positive change — one swing, one partnership, and one community at a time.
