About Swing for Heart Health

Swing for Heart Health was founded by Alexia Hoffman with a simple but powerful vision: bring people together through golf to raise awareness, inspire healthier lives, and support heart health initiatives in local communities.

What began as a passion for both wellness and the game of golf became a meaningful charitable event dedicated to making a lasting impact. On February 8, 2026, Alexia launched the inaugural Swing for Heart Health charity golf tournament, bringing together golfers, sponsors, healthcare advocates, families, and community leaders for a day centered on purpose, connection, and giving back.

Alexia established the event after recognizing the growing importance of heart health education and prevention for individuals and families of all ages. She believed golf provided the perfect platform to unite people around a common cause while encouraging active lifestyles, community engagement, and meaningful conversations about cardiovascular wellness.

Under Alexia’s leadership as Founder and Tournament Director, Swing for Heart Health was created to become more than a one-time fundraiser. Her vision was to establish an annual tradition that would continue expanding awareness, supporting charitable organizations, and strengthening partnerships dedicated to improving heart health outcomes.

Today, Swing for Heart Health represents a commitment to:

  • Promoting heart health awareness and education
  • Encouraging active and healthy lifestyles
  • Supporting charitable and community-based health initiatives
  • Bringing communities together through the game of golf

As the tournament grows each year, Alexia remains committed to creating an experience that combines purpose, passion, and community involvement while honoring the mission of improving heart health for future generations.

Whether participating as a golfer, sponsor, volunteer, or supporter, every individual involved in Swing for Heart Health plays a role in helping drive awareness, inspire healthier living, and make a meaningful difference.

Together, we are building an annual tradition dedicated to healthier hearts and stronger communities.
